Delivery and returns
Your satisfaction is our priority, and that's why we strive to ship your packages as quickly as possible. In most cases, we ship your package the same day the order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
All orders are sent with a tracking number which will be communicated to you by email as soon as your package is on its way.
DELIVERY IN FRANCE
Free delivery 2 to 5 working days (excluding public holidays) in France for orders over 100 euros.
Delivery 2 to 5 working days (excluding public holidays) at 4.90 euros for all orders below 100 euros.
Express delivery 48 hours tracked at 9.90 euros.

When paying you will have the choice to add a card with a personalized note.
DELIVERY REST OF THE WORLD
Free international deliveries for orders over 200 euros. Below 200 euros, shipping costs of 15 euros will be charged.
Delivery times: 7 to 10 working days (excluding public holidays).

SHIPPING POLICY
If your package has still not arrived after 10 working days following your order, it will be classified as lost. Only after this time can we send a replacement package.
Your item will be sent to the address you provided during checkout. We assume no responsibility for errors or typographical errors in the address.
REFUND POLICY
All products are meticulously checked by our quality teams before each shipment. That said, if for any reason you receive a defective product, please follow the steps below to return your item:
- Once your package has been received and the defect has been noted, you have 7 days following receipt of the products to send us an e-mail to the address: returns@hypnoscompany.com
Following your email, and within 24 hours, we will send you a label that you must print and stick on the package before sending it. Shipping costs will be our responsibility.
If you wish to receive a new replacement item, we will send it to you within 48 hours. Shipping costs will be our responsibility.
If you wish to cancel your purchase and be refunded, you will receive the amount on the account you provided during the purchase, within 3 working days.
- If you wish to exchange or return your products for any other reason, you have 30 days from receipt of the package to send us an email to the following address: returns@hypnoscompany.com

- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging with the label attached.
- Once your package has been received by us, it will be inspected, after which you will receive an email informing you of your eligibility for a refund or exchange.
